Inform3 are seeking a Civils Manager to join a large civil contractor carrying out water framework projects across Kilkenny.

The successful candidate will work alongside a well-respected Civil Engineering Contractor that is busy working across Ireland within the Water Framework. The client requires a candidate that has previous knowledge/experience in Water Framework with a can do attitude.

Civils Manager Requirements:

• Overseeing framework sites and ensuring the work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effectively organising and managing the site activities.
• Working closely with the HSQE team to manage and implement H&S procedures.
• Ensure the timely delivery of project reporting and forecasting
• Deliver the project to the agreed schedule, scope, quality and budget.
• Identify and initiate necessary change control processes.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site.

Civils Manager Job Specification:

• Construction Management degree or similar.
• Possesses 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Civil and Utility projects within the construction sector.
• Proven background working with or for a Principal Contractor, contributing to project delivery and site management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, supporting project administration and reporting.
• Exceptional client engagement and relationship management skills, demonstrating a strong client-focused approach.
• In-depth expertise in construction materials, technical details, relevant regulations, and established quality standards.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated history of success in similar roles.
• Full driving licence
