Family run civils company, running for the last 50 years, are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and base themselves on site in London beside Heathrow airport. This company has offices in County Down and UK. Predominantly focusing on a portfolio of inspection, maintenance and renovation of pipelines and sewers. A growing company with a strong pipeline of projects and framework contracts, you will be based on the HS2 in London, beside Heathrow airport.

- Monthly Valuations
- Calling off materials
- Meausre works
- Pricing variations
- Maintain sit records
- Tender preparation and bill of quantities
What you need
- Hold Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- 3+year experience in Civils
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Packages
