Civil Supervisors – Greater Belfast
INFORM3 are recruiting for Civil Supervisors to work in the Greater Belfast area on utility projects. The successful candidate will work on behalf of a client with over 35 years’ specialist experience in the civil engineering industry. The client treats every project with the greatest respect and places all focus to finish the work to perfection and as a result of this has won numerous awards.
The client requires a Civil Supervisor with experience in working on utilities, groundworks, ducting etc and managing civils teams.
Civil Supervisors Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and report to the Management team
- Coordinate and manage sites as per the Project Plan
- Ensure the site is complying with current health & safety legislation and is a safe place to work
- Supervise the site teams, ensuring productivity and efficiency is a core value throughout site
- Motivate the site team to meet targets and deadlines
- Complete relevant site paperwork
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and devise plans to amend any problems or errors
- Attend site and client meetings
- Ensure company values are adhered to throughout site
- Manage traffic on site
Civils Supervisors Specifications:
- Civil Engineer Degree or Supervisor background
- 6 months plus relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience in civils projects
- Experience in working with utilities
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Full Driving License
