Job Title – Civils Working Foreman

Project – Commercial / Industrial

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €50k - €60k

About the Company

An exciting opportunity to work with very bust contractor on a number of commercial and industrial projects. This role will be full time, permanent.

The Role

• Plan daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials, completing daily site diary and relevant weekly paperwork in accordance with company policy.
• Day to day management and supervision of operations on site as well as managing labour and subcontractors and all personnel on site.
• Ensure Health and Safety practices are adhered to and oversee quality control.
• Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, designers and government bodies.
• Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations.
• Attendance and reporting at site meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Site Foreman.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Civil and Building Experience.
