Job Title – Cladding Foreman

Job Location – Dublin

Salary - €55,000 - €65,000 (vehicle & bonus)

About the Company

Specialist façade Contractor who work with top tier contractors in Ireland and work on Projects valued upward of €50M+ are currently on the lookout for a Cladding Foremen. Excellent Salaries and generous bonus on offer for the right individual

The Role

• Manage and coordinate site staff
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Management of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
• Will have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines
• Will be safety conscious
• Ensuring quality of works

Requirements

• 2- 5 Years + Experience in (Roofing/Cladding/ Facades/Building Envelopes Projects)
• Excellent eye for detail and quality
• Experience of managing a variety of projects including new build, restoration, maintenance and refurbishment.
• Be able to implement and maintain standards of health and safety
• Excellent communications and coordination skills to deal with client, subcontractor, and supplier issues; fairly and confidently
• Versatility to work on the tools as and when required.
• Good general knowledge of all aspects of the building process
• Has the ability to read drawings and understand project variations
• Full, Clean Driving Licence Required
