Job Title – Clerk of Works

Job Location – Derry / Londonderry

Salary - £38,000 - £40,000

About the Company

Successful Northern Irish construction company, set up 40 years ago are now on the lookout for high calibre staff. They produce projects spanning across Ireland and the UK. The projects are in a range of sectors including retail, hotels, residential and Education.

Job Role

• Work closely with on-site contractors monitoring construction, ensuring all works are carried out within scope.
• Assist with client site teams, monitoring and implementing HSE procedures Keep accurate records on site

Job Requirements 

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience of construction site inspection
• Demonstrable working knowledge of the construction industry covering materials, trades, building methods and legal requirements
• Demonstrable ability to read, review and understand drawings
• Qualifications in a relevant discipline will be advantageous
