INFORM3 are recruiting for a CMM Programmer / Quality Engineer for our successful Manufacturing client based in County Down.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

• Candidate must have extensive experience of CMM (coordinate measuring machine) Programming by using PC-DMIS  software.
• Should have exposure to online CMM programming methods and procedures.
• Liaison with Shop Floor for clarifications pertaining to projects.
• Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer with Machining Background
• Experienced in machine Configuration setting.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in CMM Programming / Quality.
• Candidate should be proficient in generating CMM programming using PC-DMIS 
• Should have skills of optimizing the CMM programs for various operations.
• Understand all GD&T symbols and should be able to apply for manufacturing process and their applications.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Access & Excel.
• Excellent reporting and writing skills.
• Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communications.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes.
• Ability to work on your own and within a team environment.
• “Can-do” attitude..
