INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a leading Manufacturing company who are looking a talented and skilful CNC Programmer to join their ever-expanding team of individuals. The company has years of progressive innovation, design and manufacturing excellence in various industry products.

They are looking for an experienced and confident candidate who can come on board and hit the ground running in order to further enhance the production and manufacturing within the business. The successful individual should ideally have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Programme CNC machines using output from 3D modelling software.
• Utilise skills to query any error or change that may observe on any particular job.
• Write, edit and adjust programs using different programmes.
• Produce accurate and intricate components for machinists to use.
• In-process inspection using various hand measuring instruments to ensure products produced are accurate.
• Oversee and develop existing CNC machining strategies.
• Test run machines and verify parts to drawings.
• Work with managers and teams to develop processes.
• Process improvement to ensure output is efficient and cost effective.

Experience and Knowledge:

The successful candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience as a CNC programmer with good knowledge of the software’s and skills needed for the role. They should also have a recognisable qualification in a relevant subject to the job.
