Commercial Manager – South Dublin (Flexibility to WFH 2 days per week.)
The Company
Specialist Subcontractor have an exciting opportunity for a commercial manager.
You will manage both commercial team, support the Commercial Director and be responsible for managing commercial aspects of live projects.

The Role
- Managing/train/mentor commercial team effectively
- Control project costs and budgets
- Identify budget deviations & reporting on financial progression of projects.
- Reviewing subcontract documentation, high level negotiations with perspective clients
- Implementing commercial recovery strategies
- Monitoring projects ensuring business goals are achieved, protection of commercial interests.
- Manage commercial relationship with clients, agree final accounts.
Requirements
- Degree in QS or similar discipline
- 10+ years’ experience working on building projects
- Commercial awareness and management skills
- Strong operational skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
