The Company

A rare opportunity to join a large reputable contractor managing their commercial activities and all associated responsibilities. You will manage a talented workforce and oversee exciting projects locally to NI.
The Role
- Managing/train/mentor commercial team effectively
- Control project costs and budgets
- Identify budget deviations & reporting on financial progression of projects.
- Reviewing subcontract documentation, high level negotiations with perspective clients
- Implementing commercial recovery strategies
- Monitoring projects ensuring business goals are achieved, protection of commercial interests.
- Manage commercial relationship with clients, agree final accounts.
Requirements
- Degree in QS or similar discipline
- 8+ years’ experience working on building/civils projects
- Commercial awareness and management skills
- Strong operational skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
