Commercial Manager Co. Mayo
Our client is currently recruiting for a Commercial Manger to work within their Mechanical Engineering company based in Co. Mayo. They have a reputation for intelligently completed projects, successfully delivered in a variety of environments such as Education, Commercial, Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment.
In this role you would be responsible for commercial strategy and the direction of projects and would be representing the company at events and meetings.
Roles & Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects including ongoing monitoring.
- Build and maintain relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts.
- Maintain positive cashflow and maximise profitability.
- Manager related risk.
- Manage the assessment of quotations and select bidders.
- Ensure targets and KPIs are met.
- Maintain a high professional standard of client facing work within teams.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Business Administration or Quantity Surveying.
- 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Manager.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic team player.
