Construction Administrator
The Company:
A construction company based in Derry / Londonderry are looking to hire a Construction Administrator to join their team. This company grows its staffs and turnover every year and would have a number of local jobs on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and filling incoming tenders
- Working as part of a wider team providing efficient admin support
- Undertaking general administrative tasks
- General site and office administration
- Collecting, processing and inputting data into company database and systems.
- Management of Sub-contract orders and other relevant commercial documentation.
Criteria:
- Previous administrative experience in the construction industry.
- First-rate IT Skills with proficiency in MS Packages
- Knowledge of Construction sector
