INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

 

Role – Construction Administrator  

Location – Newry, Co. Down  

Salary – £25K - £35K Based on experience  

 

About the Company:

Our client here at Inform3 that specialise in Construction and Fitout Projects across NI and ROI have an immediate requirement for a Construction Administrator to join their team.

They have impressive portfolio of high end, bespoke residential builds as well as commercial fit outs across Ireland with an excellent reputation for their clients on their projects from start to finish.

This role you will be responsible for looking after coordination of materials on site, invoices, schedules of vehicles, issue of sub-contract orders and assisting with financial tracking and more.

The Role:

  • Providing comprehensive office support including telephone, email, social media and general administration duties.
  • Maintaining general office supplies; stationery & welfare provisions.
  • Issue of weekly vehicle tracker reports.
  • Checking timesheets against vehicle trackers, entry on to master spreadsheet, and liaison with accounts in relation to processing payments.
  • Generation & issue of sub-contract orders and assisting with financial tracking.
  • Maintaining organised files and records.
  • Updating and managing company/project specific computer databases.
  • Processing company reports and submitting payment applications and invoices.
  • Drafting and editing company correspondence.
  • Assisting with minor technical support.
  • Scheduling meetings and diary coordination.
  • Organisation, facilitation and participation in office meetings and taking minutes.
  • Control and coordinate project files.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a Construction environment beneficial.
  • Experience working as an Administrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with sage accounting software desirable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
