INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a highly reputable building and civil engineering contactor from Northern Ireland. Our client has over 30 years’ experience operating in both the building and civil engineering sectors throughout the UK and Ireland delivering projects up to £30M. €4M Signature project starting in South Dublin. Must have excellent construction knowledge including RC Frame, Piling, though to a high spec finish. Excellent salary and package on offer for this role. Accommodation if required.

The Role

• Reporting to the Project Director you will be managing the day to day running of the site
• Delivery of the job on time, within specification and on budget whilst maintaining high safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Managing sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff and personnel on site.
• Scheduling weekly work programmes, recording and reviewing weekly progress reports
• Facilitating the flow of information between the Design Team and Construction Team

Job Requirements

• Degree in construction management or Trade qualification is essential
• Experience with retaining walls and structures  
• 5+ Yrs Experience Site Management
• Computer literate
• Full understanding of design drawings
