Due to current growth of this contractor Rightpath are recruiting an ambitious Planner to join an existing Commercial Team based in Dublin. The aim of this role is to come in and work on a range of projects. This is a key position for controlling programmes, costs and resources on our construction projects. You will be creating, developing, monitoring and reporting on construction programmes at tender and construction phase for both civil engineering and main contracting projects.

The company have built a strong portfolio of projects working in the following sectors Education, Healthcare, Conservation, Residential and Industrial. This award-winning contractor continue to be successful in the winning of new projects and are always looking to develop their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide planning input/information for PQQs
• Provide information for and where required attend pre-tender, mid-tender and post tender interviews
• Ensure full project scope has been identified and accounted for within the tender submission
• Identify logistical and build ability requirements and allow with project programme for planning, installation and removal
• Monitor contract programmes via site generated 3/4 week look ahead programmes
• Create construction program as required

The ideal candidate will have some of, or all of the below:

• Educated to HNC/ HND as a minimum
• Construction project planning experience
• Use of programming software
• Able to conduct earned value analysis
• Ability to identify project risks
