The Company

Residential and Commercial property developer based in Dublin are looking for a Planner to join the Business Development Team. If you have 5 years + experience and are keen to learn, develop and progress your career within construction, this employer focuses on staff recognition and places heavy emphasis on internal promotions.

The Role

• Preparing and driving project plans/schedules of works/ programs and reporting on / challenging contractor programs
• Ensuring all project stakeholders adhere to agreed programmes
• Addressing regular internal queries & collaboration with legal, commercial & other departments
• Regular reporting on project progress to management team on a project and portfolio analysis basis
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

What you need

• 5+ years’ experience in projects development from initial stages to completion of projects.
• Must have experience in residential and commercial
• Ability to work against strict timeframes/ under pressure and manage several projects.
• Excellent communication skills / interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate key stakeholders
• Attention to detail in reviewing plans, costs and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
