Job Title – Project Manager (Construction)

Project – New Build Projects valued over £80M

Job Location – Belfast & London

Salary – £55K - £65K + package   

 

About the Company

Experienced Project Manager required to run a high value, 20 + storey new build in London for a top Main Contractor who have seen outstanding growth and increased turnover in recent years.

This will be a hybrid role split between site and office – 2 nights per week spent in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work on larger scale projects in Major Cities across Mainland UK.

The Role

 

  • Oversee day to day running of site on a large-scale industrial project
  • Manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
  • Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
  • Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure H&S and Company Policies are adhered to.
  • Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Main Contractor in NI or ROI.
  • Must be proficient in the use of different construction software and up to date with
  • Background in engineering is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
  • Experience managing a high-rise apartment development or RC Frame new build from start to finish.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
