Construction Site Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:

Job Title – Site Manager  

Project – Healthcare (Hospital Extension)

Job Location – Dublin – North City Centre

Salary – €65K-€75K

About the Company

Very busy Dublin based Main Contractor with over 30 years’ experience delivering both commercial projects and residential projects to a high standard. Project Values range from €0.5M to €10M

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a residential development.
• Oversee Industrial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure that company policies and H&S policies are adhered to on site.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
• Carry out administration duties as required.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience working on healthcare projects desirable.
• Engineering background is desirable.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
