Contract / Project Manager (Civils) - Tyrone

INFORM3 are keen to speak with Contracts and Project Managers who come from a civil engineering background. Our client is a large UK based international contractor who are building a base in Northern Ireland to manage a number of projects currently won in NI.

There will be around 2 nights travel to the UK most weeks involved with this position with the aim being less in the future as they get more established in Ireland.

Currently in Northern Ireland they have a £8M civils project about to start in the next few weeks and are pricing a number of others.

Criteria

• Civils Background
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Duties

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
