Contracts Manager – Award winning Contractor (Dublin Region)

Rightpath Construction Recruitment has a new opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a multi award winning Building Contractor.  Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for 2 projects at one time, working on New Build Commercial Developments. This well-established construction company works on Pharma, Healthcare, Educational, High Rise Residential and Hotel projects, generally projects ranging from €10M - €60M. Only Contracts Managers with a proven track record in a similar role will be considered for this role. Excellent salary and package in offer.

Contracts Managers Responsibilities:

  • Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
  • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
  • To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client
  • Manage and motivate site teams
  • Conduct Risk Assessments
  • Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
  • Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish
  • Organise and coordinate labour from smaller to large projects
  • Produce reports on job progress and remedials
  • Reporting to Construction & Financial Director
  • All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters

Contracts Managers Requirements:

  • Extensive main contracting background is essential
  • Previous €10M+ project experience
  • Ability to supervise numerous projects
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Self-motivated and hard worker
  • Strong team building skills
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
