Contracts Manager - Dublin

Inform3 Recruitment are hiring for an extremely reputable company that has worked on a variety of prestigious projects in the commercial, technology and industrial sectors with this particular role being an exciting one in the education sector that will utilise exciting technology once complete. Have collaborated on projects with other contractors worth up to €700m. Award winning Tier 1 company with an emphasis on quality and a turnover of €290M. Would typically work on projects worth €20M-€50M.

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Location: Dublin

Sector: Education & Commercial

Salary: €95k - €105k

The Role

• Mainly office-based role
• Liaise with the Projects Manager and Director
• Manage multiple Projects
• Work alongside local authorities and obtain the required permits for projects
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits

Job Requirements

• Background in Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• At least 5 years of experience
• Good IT skills e.g., able to use Microsoft products
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Proven experience of efficiently planning and completing projects from tender stage to completion.
