Contracts Manager - Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a Tier 1 Contractor who are working on many different high-value projects in Dublin City.

They are currently recruiting for Contracts Managers with interviews being held in Dublin and London over the next month. The right candidates will get the opportunity to work on exciting upcoming residential, commercial and industrial projects up to €160m in value.

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Location: Dublin City

Salary: €100,000 - €125,000 + package

The Role

• Liaise with the Projects Managers and Director
• Management of all aspects of construction works for individual and/or multiple projects
• Great understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports and support site team
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
• Co-ordinate construction projects to meet programme, budget & specification.
• Manage and direct site staff and all subcontractors
• Manage and control project budget ensuring profitability of the project and report on any deviation from commercial plan
• Organising the various professional teams working on a project
• Chair Progress meetings with Directors

Job Requirements

• Background in Construction Management or anything of the same discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role or experience as a Contracts Manager at Tier 1 or 2 level
• IT efficient
• Good problem-solving skills and being able to think quickly
• Leadership and Communication skills
• Proven experience of efficiently planning and completing projects from tender stage to completion.
