Salary – €95,000 - €105,000

About the Company

Very large and busy contractor operating all over Ireland, currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee work on multiple projects around Dublin. The contractor has live projects in Dublin, Cork and across the Midlands. Excellent opportunity for long-term work and variation in projects.

The Role

• Liaise with the Projects Manager and Director
• Manage multiple Projects
• Work alongside local authorities and obtain the required permits for projects
• Ensure all health and safety rules are being abided by
• Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
• Supervising & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery
• Preparing necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits
• Provide Technical support to the Project Team

Requirements

• Extensive main contracting background is essential
• Previous €10M+ project experience
• Ability to supervise numerous projects
• Self-motivated and hard worker
• Strong team building skills
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Provide Technical support to the Project Team
