Contracts Manager - Carlow

Inform3 recruitment are hiring for a main contractor working across the midlands and Leinster on a range of different projects. They require a Contracts Manager.

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Location: Midlands & Leinster

Sector: Commercial, Residential & Edu.

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000

The Role

• Liaise with the Projects Managers and Director
• Great understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports and support site team
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
• Co-ordinate construction projects to meet programme, budget & specification.
• Manage and direct site staff and all subcontractors
• Manage and control project budget ensuring profitability of the project and report on any deviation from commercial plan
• Organising the various professional teams on projects
• Chair Progress meetings with Directors

Job Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Articulate and numerate
• Good working Knowledge of commercial contracts
• Demonstrable ‘end to end’ Programme Management experience
• Analytical and Methodical
• People & Performance Management skills
• Team Building and Leadership
