Contracts Manager - Limerick

Inform3 are recruiting for a main contractor on a very large project in Limerick City.

The role is for a Contracts Manager who is able to coordinate and manage the project on time, on budget and to a very high standard.

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Location: Limerick City

Sector: Education

Salary: €90,000 +

The Role

• Supervise the project team in their delivery of all Health and Safety requirements
• Liaise with the Client
• Liaise with the Design team
• Ensure all technical requirements of the project are delivered
• Overall responsibility for managing subcontractors
• Ensure all subcontract coordination is carried out to meet project requirements.
• Overall responsibility for Project Delivery on site

Job Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Articulate and numerate
• Good working Knowledge of education contracts
• Demonstrable holistic ‘end to end’ Programme Management experience
• Analytical and Methodical
• Commercial Awareness
• Tier 1 experience
• People & Performance Management skills
• Team Building and Leadership
