Contracts Manager – Northern Ireland

INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for fit-out projects based in Northern Ireland and with some limited travel to England. The successful candidate will need to have fit-out experience and have completed multiple projects. The Contracts Manager will work with a specialist fit-out company who are known for their great eye of detail and finishing projects to perfection.

Contracts Manager responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day work on multiple projects
• Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the Contractors and Clients requirements
• Implementing the Company Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety is being met
• Working to the programme of work and strategy for the project
• The ability to communicate effectively across all levels
• Working day to day along the commercial team
• A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver upon your deadlines
• Recording and scheduling of projects using Microsoft Packages

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• 4 years’ plus experience in a similar position such as a Contracts or Project Manager on Fit-Out Projects
• Experience in pricing for tenders
• A track record /experience of project management
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
• Able to work as part of a team
• Ability to manage the sub-contractors and large site teams
• Able to communicate efficiently, great work ethic and very familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
• Strong commercial awareness
