Contracts Manager – Louth


INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager for projects based in and around Louth. The client has over 35 years in the Civil Engineering Industry and has a great depth of expertise within their team. The client believes that hard work should always be at the front of all work and they value commitment and determination.


Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

  • Report regularly to the Director
  • Able to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standard
  • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
  • Manage multiple activities and projects at once
  • Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
  • Ensuring that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to build and finish
  • Be the first point of contact for the client
  • Promote a high standard of health & safety
  • reports on job progress


Contracts Manager Requirements:

  • Extensive Civil Engineering Experience
  • Ability to supervise numerous projects
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Self-motivated and hard worker
  • Strong team building skills
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Hold/be trained in CSCS Card, Relevant Site Management Tickets, SMSTS Training and First Aid
  • Full understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and regulation
