Contracts Manager - Dublin

INFORM3 are recruiting for a fast-growing but reputable Tier 2 Contractor who are making a name for themselves in the Leinster and Munster markets. Company active on a good mix of projects including Hotels, Schools and Pharmaceutical Buildings.

The right candidate will get the opportunity to play a big part in the company’s growth spurt and assist in further establishing their place among the reputable Tier 1 & 2 contractors.

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Job Location: Dublin

Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 with travel package

Sector: Education, Hospitality & Pharma

The Role

• Liaise with the Projects Managers and Director
• Management of all aspects of construction works for projects
• Great understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports and support site team
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
• Co-ordinate construction projects to meet programme, budget & specification.
• Manage and direct site staff and all subcontractors
• Manage and control project budget ensuring profitability of the project and report on any deviation from commercial plan
• Organising the various professional teams working on a project
• Chair Progress meetings with Directors

Job Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Articulate and numerate
• Good working Knowledge of diverse contracts
• Demonstrable holistic ‘end to end’ Programme Management experience
• Analytical and Methodical
• Commercial Awareness
• Tier 1 or 2 experience
• People & Performance Management skills
• Team Building and Leadership
