INFORM3 Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading Tier 2 main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor overseeing a portfolio of projects throughout the Midlands, with responsibility for multiple sites across both the commercial and large-scale residential sectors.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project delivery, driving performance across site teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and within budget.
Oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects across the Midlands.
Manage Site Managers, Project Managers and wider site teams across a varied project portfolio.
Take overall responsibility for project performance, ensuring delivery within agreed budgets, programmes and quality standards.
Monitor project costs, commercial performance, procurement and contractual obligations.
Drive programme management, resource allocation and operational efficiency across all sites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and design teams.
Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, building regulations and company procedures.
Identify and manage project risks, variations, contractual issues and potential delays.
Report regularly to senior management on project progress, financial performance and operational matters.
Maintain the company's reputation for delivering quality projects and developing long-term client relationships.
5+ years' experience in a Contracts Manager or senior construction management position.
Proven track record overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Strong background in either commercial construction, large-scale residential or ideally both.
Experience working with a main contractor.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials, contracts and procurement.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to manage and develop strong site management teams.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
Salary: €110,000–€140,000, depending on experience.
