INFORM3 Construction Recruitment is working closely with a well-established Private Housing Contractor based in Northern Ireland. The company has recently secured an 80 Unit Private Housing Scheme in the Belfast area and more 2 additional projects in the North West with over 60 units between the projects. The Contractor requires a Contracts Manager who can come and enhance their existing senior management team. Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a contracts manager is required in the housing sector. Very attractive salary and package.

Contracts Manager Responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis
• Ensuring that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to build and finish
• Produce reports on job progress
• Reporting to Construction Director
• All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters

Contracts Manager Requirements:

• Extensive Private Housing Experience
• Ability to supervise numerous projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Self-motivated and hard worker
• Strong team building skills
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
