Customer Service Manager            Naas      €45-50K

Have you experience working within a Customer Service Environment within Manufacturing? Then this role is suited to you!

You’ll be actively involved with the mobilisation and ongoing development of the company and its continued improvement within central services, whilst monitoring and managing the day-to-day organisation, ensuring all cases are managed within overall time and to customer satisfaction.

Key Roles:

  • To manage a large volume of customer accounts and data.
  • Processing all enquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring customers are regularly and fully updated on the progress.
  • Conduct and manage the team and monitor any performance issues.
  • Act in a professional manner and set an example to other work colleagues.
  • To work with other departments closely such as marketing, manufacturing and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To actively respond and help to resolve any issues that may arise on a daily basis.
  • To liaise internally with technical teams as required to escalate issues and reach a conclusion.
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree equivalent plus 3+ years’ experience working within a Customer Service Environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer relations and products/services.
  • Very good at organization and efficiency.
  • Proficient in MS Office and IT Skills.
  • Understanding and Knowledge of Customer Service processes in relations to Manufacturing.
  • Ability to work well in a team and respond to any actions that may be required.
  • Ability to hold high standards and levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task and control workload when necessary.
