Job Title – Deputy Project Manager

Project – Pharmaceutical / Residential / Commercial

Job Location - Leinster

Salary – €60k - €70k

About the Company

This role is for a Main Building & Civils Contractor in Leinster. This is a permanent / full time role with a diverse contractor, working on residential, commercial or industrial projects. This company are keen to invest in a Senior Site Manager / Junior Project Manager’s future career.  

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of residential, commercial and industrial developments.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works.
• Support the Project Manager ensuring that works are completed according to the programme.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar.
• Ideal candidate will have some engineering background.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Site Manager or Junior Project Manager.
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
