We are currently recruiting for a Designer/ CNC Programmer for our client based in County Cork.

You would be responsible for technical drawing and programming various CNC machines. You would be providing technical sales support for internal and external customers.

You would be joining a well-established company, who are renowned for their manufacturing and product quality as well as reliability. They are constantly striving to research new ideas and products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings in line with customers specifications
• Liaise with customers over the phone and face-to-face and respond promptly to them when queries arise.
• Provide the best technical solution in line with customer requirements.
• Ensure customers orders are processed in a timely manner through sales to production and delivery.
• Manage documentation in regards to customer transactions

Key Skills

• Qualification in industrial design or similar discipline.
• Experience in fabrication would be an advantage
• Experience with Press brake machinery.
• Experience in providing 2D and 3D design
• Understanding of pricing, quotation and managing a database
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Great customer service skills
