Design coordinator – Junior to Intermediate
Our Client has a long history of delivering award winning projects throughout Northern Ireland. They work in the new build and refurbishment of commercial projects valued up to £15M. Based in Belfast our client combines complete project and cost management with innovated and considered design, quality construction and a high level of construction service. The contractor currently is looking for a Design Coordinator with a minimum of one years experienced.
The successful Design Coordinator will work closely with the Contracts Manager and play a key role in the delivery of a key project valued close to £10M. They will be capable in taking control of brief and work with site management. A professional approach is required for this position, with someone with excellent communication skills.
