Design Manager

Our client is a market leading Construction Company with a name synonymous with quality.  Due to a peak in workload, they require a Design Manager to join their successful team.

Job Role:

• You will manage projects from inception to completion.
• You will work closely with all members of the design team.
• Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to.
• Develop a design programme with the consultants to meet the agreed whole life programme dates.
• Identify and manage any design issues.
• Attend and chair design and site meetings as required.

Criteria:

• Third level qualification in a Construction/Architectural related discipline
• 4 years + in a similar role
• Proactive and positive attitude.
