Design Manager Dublin €80-90k
Our client is an M&E Consultancy who are looking a Design Manager with excellent client interfacing skills. The successful candidate will play a role in providing design delivery and integration of projects across the bid, design, installation and commissioning phases.
Using your excellent technical skills, team leadership and communication skills, you will be taking the overall lead in designated projects to produce designs and associated deliverables. As a member of the Building Services design team you will play a crucial role in the delivery of technical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Leading a multi-disciplined design team
- Producing designs across the full design lifecycle
- Responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of projects
- Ensure that the project technical and performance requirements are flowed down into the relevant work packages and validated during the commissioning and testing phase
- Coordinating all design and engineering activities between the relevant stakeholders
- Manage design reviews
What you will need
- Degree or Trade qualified in a Building Services discipline.
- At least 8 years relevant experience in similar roles, ideally from an M&E Consultancy background
- Data experience highly desirable
- Ability to work across the full project lifecycle, from initial development through detailed design, procurement and installation and on to commissioning and handover
- A flexible self-starter with a passion for working in a team delivering successful projects
- Proven experience leading a team
- Excellent technical report writing skills.
