About the Company

My client is a leading Property developer who specialise in delivering high standard of residential developments including houses and apartments across ROI. Projects range in value from €5M to €500M.

They require an Intermediate Property Development Manager to assist with exciting new projects coming to the Dublin area.

The Role

• Report to and support the Development Director and Senior Management.
• Pre-acquisition site suitability investigation and assessment
• Identify and source Constant Team and Contractors
• Collate Contract Documents
• Monitor and coordinate the design process & development
• Monitor the programme from conception to completion including – programme, quality, commercial, neighbourly and stakeholder
• Carry out market research to assist with entering new markets and provide detailed reports to senior management
• Source commercial retailers/ hospitality businesses to onboard

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience working with a Developer with exposure to developing projects valued over €10M in construction value with a Developer or Real Estate Group.
• Relevant degree and professional memberships.
• Experience working on residential/ mixed use developments is essential.  
• Main Contracting background is desirable.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
