Digital Construction Manager - Dublin

BIM Manager | Dublin | €60,000 – €80,000 DOE

INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced BIM Manager on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Dublin. Renowned for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, this well-established contractor has built an excellent reputation for its professional approach, technical expertise, and successful project delivery.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of newly secured projects, they are now looking to expand their Design Management team with the appointment of an ambitious and detail-oriented BIM Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of major construction projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams from pre-construction through to project completion.

The Role

• Take full responsibility for BIM and design coordination across multiple projects
• Lead the development of coordinated designs, workshop drawings, and technical detailing
• Manage collaboration and coordination between design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Oversee BIM processes and ensure best practice standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive technical excellence across projects from pre-construction through to detailed delivery
• Lead and coordinate the pre-construction design process, liaising closely with clients and external design teams
• Review and audit design information, identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies, clashes, and missing details
• Record, report, and track design issues to successful resolution
• Manage and monitor the design programme, reporting progress against key milestones
• Coordinate regular design review meetings with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and programme adherence
• Oversee the production and approval of samples, mock-ups, and quality benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and company standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across BIM processes and project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar BIM Management or Design Coordination role within the construction industry
• Degree qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, BIM, or a related discipline desirable
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, construction methodologies, and technical detailing
• Good understanding of current Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation
• Proficient in relevant BIM and design software platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Passion for design, quality, and continuous improvement
