Electrical Design Engineer Omagh £30-40k
A well-established contractor based in Omagh is recruiting for a talented Electrical Design Engineer who can deliver complex solutions across the project lifecycle and contribute to the development of their market leading products.
You will be responsible for overseeing your own projects from initial specification through to commissioning and testing. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years performing in a similar role and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,
Responsibilities:
- Work independently on tasks and as a part of a group
- Prepare information as requested, including; technical specifications, designs, drawings, equipment, schedules or survey reports.
- Design, plan and coordinate electrical projects
- Maintain an accurate and organised schedule of personal tasks
- Closely coordinate design production with clients.
- Oversee the whole cycle of a products design.
- Produce accurate designs and drawings for projects.
- Liaise with customers on specification and requirements.
Requirements
- Qualified to a degree level in Electrical Engineering or a related subject
- Minimum 2 years commercial experience in a similar role
- Experience designing electrical schematics
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Organised, structured and professional.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Commercial and contractual awareness.
- Trustworthy and ethical approach, exercising discretion where required.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
