Electrical Design Engineer                       Co. Westmeath                  €40-50K

INFORM3 are currently on the lookout for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading clients team based in County Westmeath that specialise in Automation Product Designs worldwide and are widely recognised for their dedication to contributing customer satisfaction within the Manufacturing Industry. 

Within this role you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Electrical designs to facilitate with the manufacturing of Automated equipment.

Duties Include:

• You will report to the Engineering Manager of all enquiries related to the Designing and Installation of Engineering projects.
• Develop electrical designs for automation and robotic projects that is required.
• Implementing the use of Robotics and Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems.
• Assist in the electrical fault finding of systems when required.
• Ability to carry out and meet project deadlines when needed.
• Sourcing of Electrical Components for company designs.
• Work with all key vendors both nationally and internationally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years experienced or Degree Equivalent in Engineering.
• Electrical Design and Automation knowledge essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of Electrical Controls, AC/DC Motors.
• Understanding and Knowledge of working within a Manufacturing Industry.
• Excellent Organisation and communication skills.
• Strong foundation of PLC systems.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
