Electrical Divisional Manager Dublin/Hybrid
The scope of the role will be to manage the delivery of HV/MV projects from conception to completion, managing a team overseeing all aspects of the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of various Electrical projects nationwide.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Electrical Operations Manager, or a Senior Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Contracts Manager with extensive experience delivering HV/MV projects looking for the next step.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the development and management of the division
- Plan, develop and implementing the strategy for the operational management of project delivery to ensure that the agreed organisational performance plans are met within the agreed budgets and timescales
- Responsible for issue resolution activities with clients and subcontractors
- Managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Production of Risk and Method Statements
Requirements
- Significant experience in a Senior/Leadership position within the Electrical Sector
- Background delivering HV/MV projects
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on initiatives at both strategic and macro level
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Proven experience in developing and implementing and reporting on robust processes and procedures to ensure compliance
- The ability to negotiate, influence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong report writing and analysis skills
