Intermediate / Senior Electrical Engineer Westmeath/Midlands €55-85k
INFORM3 are seeking a motivated intermediate /Senior Electrical Engineer who has proven experience in all aspects of electrical design and construction, ideally coming from a utilities background.
The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation, scheduling, coordinating and support for all assigned projects, delivering the engineering design, and monitoring compliance to applicable codes, best practices, performance standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Electrical solutions from design through to commissioning ensuring all projects meet client requirements and all program deadlines are achieved
- Work within a multi-disciplined team on projects with a variety of size and complexity
- Review project designs and specifications
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Ensure that all commissioning requirements are carried out adhering to the health and safety standards
- Contribute to site meetings and provide regular progress reports for stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership on site
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Electrical Engineering experience
- Experience within the Utilities sector highly desirable
- Degree or an equivalent level of qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Able to confidently read electrical design plans
- Good organisational skills with ability to manage time effectively between multiple technically demanding projects
- Demonstrate a logical approach to tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to present complex technical results in a clear and concise manner
