Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Armagh

Field Service Engineer                                     Down (Travel Required)                                   £:Competitive

Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Field Service Electrical Engineer. This role would entail travel across Northern Ireland to service, install, diagnose and repair a variety of electrical equipment in different environments.

A van and a fuel card would be provided with this role as well as uniform and PPE. This role would also provide convenient work hours and generous Holiday allowance.

Roles& Responsibilities

• Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing 3 phase motors, control circuits, safety circuits.
• Installation of electrical systems.
• Work under pressure as an individual and as part of a team.
• Deliver maintenance solutions in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Fixed wire testing.
• PLC and automated control systems maintenance.
• Be aware of the importance of hygiene and as you go housekeeping on a daily basis. 

Essential Criteria

• Past experience inspecting, diagnosing and repairing 3 phase motors, control circuits, safety circuits.
• Relevant post apprenticeship level 3 or above in electrical installation off electrical systems. 
• A full clean UK driving license.
• PLC qualifications/experience (Desirable).
• IPAF mewp license (Desirable).
• Fixed wire testing experience (Desirable).
• Panel design/build/installation and commissioning (Desirable).
