Electrical Project Manager Belfast £40-50k
INFORM3 are recruiting for a Project Manager with an electrical bias for our client based in Belfast able to plan, implement and deliver Electrical projects according to programme, budget and quality
The successful applicant will be managing and delivering multiple projects ensuring installation and maintenance contracts meet internal and client specifications and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Management of the electrical programme to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Management of all electricians and sub-contractors on site
- Supporting the Contracts Manager in all site activities to ensure successful completion
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients, being their main contact
- Manage variations and claims on each project
- Monitor job costs and progress against budgets
- Cultivate and maintain safe working practices on site
Technical Skills:
- 5 years’ experience in Electrical Project Management with an excellent track record of successfully delivered projects
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering (equivalent Engineering qualifications may be considered)
- Must have experience working on large scale projects
- Strong Leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read, understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives and financial reports.
