Electrical Project Manager Birmingham £40-50K
INFORM3 Recruitment is recruiting a Electrical Project Manager for a company based in Birmingham. The role will have you travel to different sites in the West Midlands, overseeing all electrical aspects of their assigned project. The Electrical Project Manager will manage their team to ensure the electrical portions of a project are completed on time.
The ideal candidate will have 5+years of experience in a similar role within building services, hold relevant qualifications or experience, and be able to take ownership of the electrical side of a project.

Main Responsibilities:
- Project program management – labour, materials, sub-contractors and plant.
- Work with the Project, Engineering & Operation teams to eliminate or reduce risk during the design and construction stages.
- Create quotations and reports for the clients.
- Lead a team of electrical contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects end goals are met.
- Develop key customer relationships.
- Assign and schedule tasks to managed resources.
- Make critical decisions in the best interest of the client.
- Create factual and accurate reports based on evidence, then communicate them to appropriate team members.
Skills and Qualities
- +5 years experience managing installations in a similar field
- Electrically qualified
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Knows UK regulations for building services
- Good prioritisation skills
