Electrical Site Supervisor Dublin €60-70k
An excellent opportunity to work with a global engineering services contractor in the pharmaceutical and data centre industry delivering leading edge engineering projects.
The right candidate should enjoy working in a team environment, specifically with strong leadership qualities.
To be successful in the role you will need a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in a supervisory position.
The Role
- The Electrical Site Supervisor will support the Site Manager to co-ordinate site activities and on-site teams.
- The Site Supervisor will be responsible to lead teams in daily activities in order to deliver projects to expected quality, time and budget targets in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to
- Monitor projection completion status against contract programme
- Able to spot and resolve project bottlenecks
Requirements
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role
- Senior Trades qualification or equivalent
- Trade leader experience with a record of success
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of project management with time, quality and budget constraints.
- Able to Identify and resolve engineering and coordination issues
- Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards
- Experience working with schematics and electrical drawings
