Duties:

• Providing commercial and technical advice to business development team
• Presenting estimates to senior manager
• Calculating site management and preliminary costs
• Winning tenders
• Sourcing and selecting sub-contractor quotations
• Producing bills of quantities

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Estimator in construction
• Understanding of the entire bid life-cycle
• Experience and proficiency in Estimating software
• Strong commercial awareness
• Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills
