Fabric Technician - ROI

Fabric Technician             Ireland        €40-45k + Van

Our client is an expanding Facilities Management company and due to continued success winning new contracts with highly respected national retailers is looking to recruit an experienced Fabric Technician to work on sites across Ireland.

The purpose of this role is to carry out repairs, planned/reactive maintenance and delivering new projects working alongside an experienced Electrical Engineer.

You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience performing in a similar capacity with excellent carpentry/Joinery skills and be flexible to travel throughout Ireland to client sites.

Qualifications or Required Experience:

• Carpentry / building / general qualifications in building services
• 3 Years experience performing PPM in a similar role
• Have an excellent understanding of health and safety standards and legislation.
• Possess knowledge of latest building standards and regulations for your area of expertise.
• Exposure to MEP services highly desirable
• Ability to work to time constraints and prioritise tasks according to the needs of the business.
• Must have driving license
