Job Title – Façade Foreman  

Project – Commercial

Job Location – Dublin

Salary – €50K-€60K

About the Company

Working with a reputable Main Building Contractor as a Façade foreman for commercial projects across Dublin City. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top tier contractor who are keen on career progression.

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the external works on commercial projects.
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Report into and support the Site manager, Project Manager and Company Director.  
• Oversee manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors and consult with local authorities when needed.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high.
• Liaise with trades carrying out external works such as; bricklayers, window fitters, façade installers, roofers etc.
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
• Host tool box talks and meetings with direct staff to outline the works required.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
