Facade Manager - Dublin

Job Title – Façade Manager

Project – Large Residential and Commercial projects

Job Location - Dublin

Salary – €60,000- €70,000

About the Company

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a very busy subcontractor in Dublin. The company work with Top Tier contractors in Dublin to deliver a high standard of work.

The Role

• Planning and programming the overall façade construction programme from start to finish in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Supervise and coordinate installation process.
• Ensure works are installed to the approved drawings and specification.
• Chairing regular façade progress meetings to include reviews on safety, quality, resources, program, site coordination and interface works.
• Using BIM field or similar to review project quality and conduct a full check list for each specific system with photographic evidence for BCL and client records.
• Liaising with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure façade is delivered within budget and programme.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Facades Manager.
• Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.
• Strong sense of ownership over projects.
